November Beauty Favourites (Blogmas Day 6)

I did a post a few days ago about what I’ve been loving lately, but I realised today that I hadn’t done a November Favourites, so I thought I’d do a mini beauty favourites post on a couple of products which I’ve been loving throughout November.

The Body Shop Strawberry Body Mist

I LOVE the smell of strawberries and anything vaguely strawberry related. I think we had a bottle of this years ago which my mum kept in the bathroom. I was buying a secret santa gift in the Body Shop and someone came up and asked me if I wanted to join their loyalty card scheme, which was free and you got 40% on that day if you signed up! So of course I did, and I picked this up for myself at the same time. I just really love the smell, and it’s not as strong as a perfume, so there’s no need to worry about it being overwhelming. One of my favourite beauty buys recently!

Tresemmé Keratin Smooth Deep Treatment Masque

This is amazing to put onto hair after washing. I actually put both shampoo and conditioner on before this, but it can just used instead of a conditioner. It smells amazing, and there really is a noticeable difference in my hair afterwards. Once dry, it’s silkier, and shinier, although I haven’t noticed that it helps with my frizziness at all! Overall though, a great product.

Maybelline 24hr Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadow in 24k Gold

I’m sure I’ve put the Color Tattoo eyeshadows in a favourites video over on my Youtube channel before, but they really are that good! They stay put so well, but can be applied quite thinly so you can build up the colour, which is perfect with this bright yellowy-gold shade. This looks really bright, but it looks amazing all over the lid with lashings of mascara. It provides a real pop of colour and a bit of added sparkle, perfect for a night out, or for the festive party season!

Revolution Single Eyeshadow in Galactic

This is a shimmery brown powder eyeshadow with veins of gold running through it. It comes out gorgeously on the eyelid, as a light shimmery bronze shade, perfect alone for during the day, or as part of a smokey eye for more of an evening look. I love to use this alone as part of a day look – it’s so easy to apply, stays for an impressive amount of time, and is a great neutral shade which really suits my skin tone. Definitely one of my go-to make up products this past month!

I’ve also been neglecting to put up what I’ve been getting in my No7 advent calendar! These above are what I found behind the doors of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th. The brush is an ‘Eye Colour Brush’, which I’m excited to try out, although I don’t want to get it dirty (it’s too white!). The nail varnish is in the colour ‘Highland Mist’, and is an amazing dusky pink colour. Although i don’t know how much use I’ll get out of it, the eye serum will be interesting to try, as I get quite bad dark circles under my eyes, and I’m a sucker for a new mascara so I was very pleased to find this Lash Impact mascara!
