Broadway is a small town in the Cotswolds with a ton of quaint gift shops and some of the best food known to man (just kidding, but it’s pretty damn good). I’ve visited three times in the last three months so that’s got to count for something! I really love visiting Broadway, and so I thought I’d take you guys on a little tour of the town, with some recommendations of where to go and, most importantly, what to eat! There really is just one main street…Continue Reading “This is… Broadway, UK”

I can’t quite believe it’s February tomorrow! Which means it will be my birthday really soon! Exciting 🙂 But seriously, January has gone scarily quickly. I find lots of people put extra pressure on themselves throughout the month, whether that be to make it a success, to stick to their resolutions, to diet and do lots of exercise. Don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely not against setting goals and being healthy, but for me personally I find this kind of behaviour just puts more pressure…Continue Reading “Five Favourites: 31st January 2016”

I know I say this about an awful lot of make-up, but I’ve had my eye on the Zoeva Cocoa Blend palette for a while now. I was under the impression that Zoeva was only available from their official website in the UK, which charges £7 delivery, so I was waiting until I was ordering some of their brushes in order to get this palette. However, when I actually went to make the order, I had a quick search and found Beauty Bay, which was…Continue Reading “[REVIEW] Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette”

I’ve had such a Christmassy few days! It’s finally getting close enough that I can start getting excited, and I’m able to admit that I am, indeed, listening to Christmas songs in the car, in my room, and on Spotify while I’m working.. :’) Roll on this week’s favourites! 1. Christmas trees In the last week I’ve put up 3 proper Christmas trees, decorated 2 of those, and done my own little Christmas tree in my room. It’s been a decorating kind of week. I wouldn’t…Continue Reading “Five Favourites: 12th December 2015”

So it’s finally December! Things are starting to get Christmassy around here. I’ve got my advent calendars, both Dairy Milk and my Yankee Candle one. On Friday I helped put the decorations up at work, so there was tinsel EVERYWHERE. Christmas songs are on my playlist pretty much non-stop. Even the TV guides are starting to feature what’s on over the Christmas period. I’ve managed to get almost all my Christmas shopping done today, and the tree’s going up tomorrow. Despite all of this, not…Continue Reading “Five Favourites: 5th December 2015”

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you’re all having great weekends. Mine is relaxing more than anything else, which suits me just fine! Toady’s favourites were a tad difficult to pull together, as I’ve not really been discovering much new lately, but here’s what I’ve managed to scrape together for you guys 🙂 1.Comfy & chunky jumpers It’s that time of year again when it’s cold enough to be wearing thick, woolly jumpers, which is awesome! Although I love the sun, there’s nothing better than just…Continue Reading “Five Favourites: 17th October 2015”

This is going to be a super quick favourites I’m afraid, as once again I forgot! It’s Sunday night and I’ve had so little free time this weekend, which is really unusual for me! Anyway, keep reading to check outs week’s favourites. 1.Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette I know, I know, I only posted about this a week or so ago. But actually I’ve really been enjoying this so far. I’ve only done one really smoky eye with these shadows, as I’m mostly doing make…Continue Reading “Five Favourites: 11th October 2015”

Okay, so this post is majorly late! But I love reading these so I thought I’d do a quick one now. My Youtube video on the same subject is at the end of the post, so give that a watch if you’d prefer! The first thing I got was a brand new camera, a Fujifilm S8650 (I think). This was from my parents and it’s such a cool looking camera! I got it in white, which my mum thought was bizarre, but I think it…Continue Reading “What I Got For Christmas!”

1. Eating way too much chocolate – because why else are those big tins of Quality Street left out unguarded? 2. Listening to the same Christmas songs on repeat. Not a problem, as I’ve been doing it since November… 3. Buying a Christmas jumper that’s actually quite nice, but not wanting to wear it on Christmas Day because it’s nowhere near dressy enough (who doesn’t love to get dressed dup at Christmas?!). 4. Realising at some point that my advent calendar only goes up to…Continue Reading “11 Things I’ll Definitely Be Doing This Christmas (Blogmas 14)”
